  • • Cancel anytime — every letter you've written is exported as PDF and ZIP, free.
  • • Downgrade and your archive stays intact. We never delete what you wrote.
  • • If Someday ever shuts down, you get 90 days' notice and a full export — and we'll unlock every sealed letter early.

The things parents ask first.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan at any time. You keep access until the end of your current billing period — no questions asked.

What happens if I downgrade?

Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your account moves to Free. Existing letters and photos are never deleted, but new letters revert to Free limits.

Do you offer refunds?

If something isn't right, email us within 14 days of your charge and we'll make it right.

Are taxes included?

Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable VAT or sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your billing country.

Can I switch between Keeper and Legacy?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.
